Lead and evolve the operational engine behind a growing global partner ecosystem. In this fully remote position, you'll design and manage the core processes that power channel and managed service provider (MSP) engagement—from onboarding and deal registration to renewals, reporting, and partner self-service. Your work ensures partner-facing teams operate efficiently and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of partner operations, including activation workflows, deal registration, lead routing, and tiered support models
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance rhythms that tie directly to revenue outcomes
- Structure and maintain the partner data model in Salesforce, ensuring clean attribution, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Develop and refine SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation for cross-functional teams and partner-facing functions
- Manage intake and triage for partner requests, establishing clear ownership and resolution timelines
- Oversee partner portal operations, focusing on access controls, content governance, and certification pathways
- Identify inefficiencies and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with RevOps and systems teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to launch and support strategic partner programs
- Build and mentor a growing team of operations specialists as the business expands globally
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in partner, revenue, or sales operations supporting indirect go-to-market models
- Proven experience managing end-to-end operational programs in scaling SaaS environments
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, including partner account structures, deal registration, and reporting frameworks
- Skill in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and diagnosing pipeline performance issues
- Experience with PRM platforms, workflow automation, and partner enablement systems
- Ability to write clear technical requirements and validate implementation outcomes
- Strong written communication skills for creating usable documentation and internal guides
- Leadership experience or readiness to manage and develop a team
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures in a remote-first setting
- Willingness to travel occasionally for planning sessions and partner engagements
