About the Role
This position leads the development and execution of channel strategies to grow market share and revenue by building strong relationships with key distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of channel expansion strategies to increase market penetration
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key distribution partners and resellers
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform business development efforts
- Drive revenue growth by aligning channel programs with regional market demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner enablement and support
- Monitor and report on channel performance metrics and sales KPIs
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing channel partner relationships
- Develop training and onboarding materials for new channel partners
- Evaluate potential partner networks for alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate go-to-market initiatives with marketing and product teams
- Ensure compliance with partner program guidelines and contractual obligations
- Lead quarterly business reviews with top channel partners
- Forecast sales performance and pipeline development within the channel
- Advocate for partner needs internally to improve product and service offerings
- Support dispute resolution and conflict management between partners when necessary
- Stay current on industry regulations affecting distribution channels
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the partner ecosystem
- Optimize channel incentive structures to maximize performance
- Assess risks associated with new market entries through channel partners
- Promote brand consistency across all partner-facing communications
- Leverage CRM tools to track engagement and manage partner data
- Represent the organization at industry events and partner conferences
- Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and regional channel execution
- Contribute to long-term planning for channel evolution and scalability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio and technical capabilities
