Responsibilities
- Build strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter
- Coach and develop talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
- Drive new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services
- Share expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic
- Fluent Dutch and strong English
- Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic
- Familiarity with the Antwerp region and a natural ability to broaden your network
Nice to Have
- ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
- French is a plus
