As Country Manager, you will define and execute a tailored growth strategy that aligns global objectives with local market dynamics, ensuring sustainable performance in one of Europe’s most competitive betting landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete profit and loss framework for Sweden, setting a clear path for scalable, long-term growth.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a local team while managing a network of agencies across marketing, CRM, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Adapt international brand, product, and acquisition strategies to reflect Swedish player behaviour, regulatory nuances, and market trends.
- Forge and maintain strategic alliances with key affiliates, media platforms, and payment providers to expand market reach and conversion efficiency.
- Lead major marketing initiatives, including sponsorships and brand campaigns, to strengthen visibility and customer loyalty.
- Use performance data—such as net gaming revenue, first-time deposits, customer lifetime value, and retention rates—to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Represent the Swedish market’s voice within global leadership, delivering actionable insights to shape product and strategy.
What You Bring
- At least two years of experience in the iGaming or sports betting industry, preferably on the operator side.
- Proven track record in a Country Manager or similar leadership role within iGaming.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building commercially sound strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swedish betting market, including player preferences, competitive environment, and digital marketing channels.
- Native fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and regions.
