InnoCraft was looking for an Engineering Manager (100% Remote United Kingdom)

Lead and scale high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams within a leading open-source, privacy-first analytics platform. This 100% remote role is based in the United Kingdom and reports to the Head of Product & Engineering, with a focus on execution excellence, operational rigor, and modern engineering practices in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow teams of 14 Full Stack and QA Engineers in delivery-focused, competitive settings
  • Manage complex, multi-track initiatives from strategic planning through to execution with clear ownership and measurable results
  • Oversee team performance, expectations, and delivery quality across all engineering functions
  • Improve platform infrastructure in terms of scalability, reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Guide incremental modernization of the platform, user interface, APIs, and developer experience
  • Implement consistent delivery practices, operational standards, and accountability frameworks
  • Integrate enterprise-level security, privacy-by-design principles, and DevSecOps into development workflows
  • Promote the use of modern engineering methods, including AI-assisted coding, where they enhance speed and quality
