Shape the future of computing in research and academia

Lead the expansion of accelerated computing and AI technologies across Europe’s Supercomputing and Higher Education and Research (HER) landscape. In this role, you will guide complex sales cycles from initial engagement to close, working directly with research institutions, technical decision-makers, and academic leaders to understand their computational challenges and align them with transformative solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes within strategic accounts, identifying opportunities and guiding stakeholders through technical and commercial evaluations
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key individuals across engineering, IT, and research departments
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including OEMs and channel allies, to design and deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Translate evolving trends in AI, deep learning, and high-performance computing into compelling value propositions
  • Forecast pipeline activity across EMEA and contribute to strategic planning with internal teams
  • Uncover new business models and partnership opportunities to expand market reach within the HER sector

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience serving Supercomputing or Higher Education and Research clients in EMEA
  • At least 4 years in enterprise-level sales leadership roles
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and coordinate cross-functional resources
  • Hands-on experience managing relationships with OEMs and reseller channels
  • Solid grasp of technical applications in scientific computing and research environments

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or artificial intelligence technologies
  • Track record of designing and executing multi-tiered sales strategies across diverse institutions
