Miami Remote (Global) Employment

Gastro Health is hiring an AR Management Manager

About the Role

What You'll Do

Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations with a focus on accounts receivable management, ensuring accurate and timely collections across a large provider network. You'll lead a distributed team, guiding performance, workflow efficiency, and continuous improvement in billing processes.

Conduct daily reviews of claim volumes, rejections, and denial trends to maintain a high clean claim rate. Develop and enforce policies that strengthen billing accuracy and compliance. Lead quality control initiatives and deliver regular reporting on key performance indicators, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Collaborate with payors to resolve systemic underpayments and large-scale denials, while staying current on evolving payer policies. Facilitate team meetings centered on accountability, problem-solving, and workflow optimization. Provide coaching and development to team leads, fostering internal growth and leadership readiness.

Requirements

You bring at least five years of management experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with hands-on knowledge of all billing lifecycle phases. Experience supporting 100+ providers within a high-volume environment is essential. You have a proven ability to manage third-party vendors, lead remote teams across multiple states, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Familiarity with large Practice Management systems, particularly eCW (E Clinical Works), is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though extensive experience may substitute. Certification in medical coding is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life and disability insurance (short and long term)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • 401(k) with profit-sharing
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays
  • Work-life balance with no weekend or evening shifts
  • Internal advancement opportunities
  • Competitive compensation package

Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position with standard Monday through Friday hours. The role requires consistent attendance and engagement in line with operational expectations.
