About the Role
The Director, User Insights will lead a team to uncover user needs and behaviors, and translate them into actionable insights to enhance the product and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the user insights team and their projects.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive user research strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development.
- Analyze and interpret user data to identify trends and opportunities.
