About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of a technical operations team
- Ensure system uptime and performance meet operational requirements
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
- Monitor system health and proactively identify risks
- Coordinate maintenance windows and system updates
- Train team members on technical protocols and safety standards
- Manage resource allocation and task prioritization
- Serve as primary point of contact for operational escalations
- Support integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure
- Enforce compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Track key performance indicators and report on team metrics
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with program leadership to align operations with strategic goals
