What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth and pipeline expansion. Manage a team of three partner managers, guiding their professional growth and ensuring strong, results-driven collaborations.
Work closely with sales and go-to-market teams to embed partner resources into the sales cycle, improving deal velocity and close rates. Establish co-marketing initiatives that amplify market reach and reinforce brand leadership in privacy-centric data solutions for healthcare.
Forge executive-level relationships with strategic partners to align goals and drive mutual growth. Position the company as the preferred platform for healthcare marketers focused on measurable outcomes and data compliance.
Requirements
You bring at least eight years of experience building high-impact partnerships, including two to three years leading a partnership team. You’ve successfully designed go-to-market strategies that use referral and co-sell models to scale revenue.
Proven ability to integrate partners into sales processes and deliver measurable business results is essential. Experience working with marketing agencies or in healthcare technology is a strong plus.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a startup environment
