Key Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion by identifying and closing new business opportunities across enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Design and implement a repeatable sales process, from prospecting to close, aligned with enterprise buying cycles.
- Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, channel partners, and key decision-makers in financial services and related sectors.
- Develop and scale a network of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to accelerate channel-driven revenue.
- Deliver actionable market insights to guide product strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Shape future sales structure, strategy, and hiring plans as the organization scales across regions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B sales with a track record of closing enterprise deals in cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
- Proven success launching or scaling sales efforts in early-stage companies, ideally in a player-coach capacity.
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and executive-level revenue reporting.
- Experience designing sales compensation models and quota systems.
- Deep familiarity with financial services buyers and advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Established relationships within the U.S. MSP and VAR communities a strong plus.
- Ability to operate independently, build pipeline from the ground up, and communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel across the region as required.
