Shape the future of mobile engineering by leading teams that build intuitive, impactful features for end users. In this role, you’ll oversee engineers and technical direction within the Employee Spend & Mobile segment, ensuring robust delivery and long-term technical health.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product and Design leads to define roadmap priorities and technical strategy.
- Manage and mentor software engineers, including technical leads, supporting their growth and effectiveness.
- Champion engineering best practices, from code quality to system architecture, across mobile platforms.
- Break down complex challenges and facilitate collaboration across teams to unblock progress.
- Ensure alignment between team-level execution and broader company technology goals.
- Represent engineering in cross-functional initiatives, driving delivery with accountability and clarity.
- Set and uphold high standards in delivery, team development, and operational processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in mobile development, with deep technical knowledge of React Native, iOS, and Android.
- Background leading engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship and people development.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and advocate for engineering needs with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business functions.
- A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement, user impact, and collaborative problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Experience applying Domain Driven Design or Event Driven Architecture in real-world systems.
