Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, from initial outreach to contract finalization
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow revenue within carrier, ISP, and network operator segments
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers at major telecommunications organizations
- Design value-driven proposals that address global coverage gaps, bandwidth demands, and network reliability challenges
- Identify market needs arising from limitations in ground-based infrastructure and position alternative solutions
- Formulate annual sales plans with targeted account strategies, pipeline projections, and financial goals
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of offerings into carrier environments
Qualifications
Candidates must bring at least 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including a minimum of five years in sales leadership. A demonstrated history of selling network services or connectivity solutions to telecom providers is essential. You should have strong knowledge of industry business models, network operations, and global market dynamics.
Experience with international carrier relationships and a solid grasp of terrestrial infrastructure—including fiber networks, mobile backhaul, and last-mile delivery—is required. Familiarity with capacity planning and network expansion challenges is critical. The ideal candidate excels in consultative selling, delivers with confidence to senior executives, and holds a bachelor’s degree. Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 40% of the time is expected.

- Advanced degree in a technical field or an MBA
- Understanding of non-terrestrial networks and their role in augmenting traditional infrastructure
- Experience integrating terrestrial and satellite-based systems or hybrid connectivity platforms
- Knowledge of network architecture, wholesale services, and backhaul operations
- Track record in delivering connectivity to rural, remote, or emerging regions
- Familiarity with international telecom regulations and compliance frameworks
