Join a growing software platform as the architect of its expanding partnership strategy within the private equity and venture capital space. This role is central to shaping how the company collaborates with investment firms to generate qualified leads and accelerate customer growth.
What You’ll Do
- Source and onboard new partners across venture capital and private equity firms, identifying alignment opportunities that create mutual value
- Develop trusted relationships with investment and operating teams, fostering long-term collaboration beyond transactional interactions
- Design repeatable processes and scalable frameworks to expand the partnership program efficiently across a growing network
- Create joint go-to-market plans, including co-marketing initiatives, referral systems, and enablement strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact from partnership efforts
- Act as the primary liaison for key partners, maintaining consistent communication and deepening engagement over time
- Track performance metrics, pipeline influence, and business impact, using data to refine strategies and improve results
- Test new models for partner engagement, incentive structures, and outreach methods to fuel sustainable growth
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should bring 2–3 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or investment banking, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or financial institutions. Experience building programs from early stages is highly valued.
Successful applicants will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Proactive problem-solving, relationship-building acumen, and cross-functional coordination are essential. Prior consulting experience is a plus for those transitioning into a dedicated partnerships role at a high-growth startup.

This position supports hybrid work with flexibility for full remote work within the United States. The company maintains hubs in New York, Austin, Miami, and Mountain View, with additional team members across Denver, Seattle, and international locations including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Singapore.
