As Director of Business Development, you will drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new revenue opportunities with B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C clients who operate across borders and require USD account solutions. You'll build on existing client relationships while expanding the company’s footprint in the global fintech and crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on high-value clients in fintech, FX, and cross-border commerce
- Strengthen and expand the current sales framework to scale performance and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment on strategic deals
- Maintain precise records in CRM systems and use data insights to guide strategy and forecasting
- Incorporate prospect feedback to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and sales methodology
- Represent the company in discussions with senior decision-makers across global fintech and financial institutions
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of sales or business development experience in global fintech, crypto, or related financial services
- Proven success selling to fintech platforms, brokers, FX providers, or institutional clients
- Established network of senior contacts in cross-border payments, blockchain, or digital assets
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Strong grasp of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and their role in modernizing international payments
- Comfortable using AI tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and collaboration software (Slack, Notion, gSuite)
- Self-directed, with a track record of follow-through in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
- Adaptable communicator who respects cultural nuances in global business development

This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in or within a two-hour radius of São Paulo. The company operates across time zones with periodic international offsites.
