Responsibilities

- Supervise logistics personnel including dispatchers and fleet coordinators
- Ensure on-time delivery performance and service reliability
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with clients to address service issues and expectations
- Manage driver scheduling and fleet utilization
- Oversee maintenance planning and vehicle uptime
- Develop performance reports for internal and client review
- Implement process improvements across transportation workflows
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance
- Support onboarding of new dedicated account launches
- Enforce adherence to DOT and company safety standards
- Respond to operational disruptions and emergencies
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for fleet readiness
- Track key performance indicators for service quality
- Ensure proper training and development of team members
- Manage fuel efficiency and cost control initiatives
- Work with procurement on vendor and contract management
- Facilitate communication between field teams and leadership
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
