Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives and projects for our Belux operations. You will be instrumental in improving logistics operations, coordinating transformation programs, and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic transformation projects from idea to implementation, with attention to analysis, planning, and people.
- Coordinate the Logistics Transformation Program for Belux and challenge existing processes.
- Facilitate strategic planning moments and ensure strong alignment with the One CS&SC strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve logistics routines and strengthen cooperation.
- Use your expertise to professionalize core processes, focusing on operational excellence, value management, and strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience (preferably around 10 years) in logistics operations, for example in warehousing.
- Experience with project and stakeholder management in a complex environment.
- The talent to bring people along, build bridges, and communicate clearly.
- An analytical eye and the ability to structure complex issues.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Flexibility to be regularly present at our sites (mainly Gent & Antwerp, occasionally also Chaudfontaine, Anderlecht, and Luxembourg).
Nice to Have
- Experience within FMCG.
- Interest in or knowledge of finance and strategic decision-making.
- Experience with change management or operational excellence.
- Affinity for end-to-end collaboration across departments.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You will be required to be regularly present at our sites in Gent, Antwerp, Chaudfontaine, Anderlecht, and Luxembourg.
