Lead and scale software delivery for diverse clients, overseeing the full lifecycle of web and mobile development initiatives. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards—driving consistency and operational excellence across all engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve delivery strategies for complex, multi-client projects using agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Oversee project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Coach and support project managers, fostering strong execution and proactive issue resolution.
- Develop scalable operating models and refine processes to improve forecasting accuracy, team velocity, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated delivery risks and client concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Technology, Talent, and Sales—to align resourcing, capacity planning, and project ramp-up.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data to enhance productivity and client outcomes.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in software delivery within technology-driven service organizations.
- Technical understanding of web and mobile development, with familiarity in Flutter preferred.
- Experience managing distributed, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience adapting them at scale.
- Strong planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher), with confidence in leading international client interactions.
