As an Enterprise Service Project Manager, you will oversee internal and customer-facing initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company standards and driving sustainable growth in the APAC region. Your role involves leading projects from initiation through to closure, managing both internal coordination and client engagement with precision and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Enterprise Services, including Asset Performance Management and Relocation Programs, ensuring timely and compliant execution
- Apply in-depth knowledge of business processes, service offerings, and internal tools to guide cross-functional teams and support customer outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities, resolve barriers, and implement effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational rigor throughout all phases of customer engagement
- Support profitable business expansion by leveraging internal systems and optimizing project workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning them with service capabilities
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree or equivalent, with at least four years of relevant experience in project management or related functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using structured methodologies
- Strong attention to detail, with comfort handling technical, financial, and contractual information
- Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and digital formats, with fluency in English
- Familiarity with scientific laboratory environments and user-level operational needs
