About the Role

Shape customer success and drive growth in a role that blends strategic account management with sales execution. As a Corporate Account Manager, you'll partner closely with enterprise clients across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, ensuring they realize ongoing value from their security investments. Your focus will be on renewals, expansion, and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and technical insight.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to support customer outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead the renewal process from initial outreach through negotiation and contract finalization, aiming to increase annual recurring revenue
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand product usage and recommend solutions that align with customer goals
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive adoption, increase ingestion, and uncover new business potential
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product teams on feature requests and enhancements
  • Deliver high-touch support, including managing escalations and aligning resources to resolve challenges

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing full sales cycles in enterprise or technical account management roles
  • Ability to navigate complex customer environments, handle objections, and close deals independently
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Comfort with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Sandler, with a strategic approach to pipeline management
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp new platforms and security concepts

Preferred Background

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software sales
  • Advanced familiarity with structured sales frameworks
