About the Role

Lead and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for generating qualified demos and accelerating pipeline growth. In this role, you’ll build, coach, and manage a motivated team while working hand-in-hand with sales and marketing leadership to refine go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent to ensure long-term team success.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase demo volume and conversion rates.
  • Enhance team capabilities in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on weekly performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Drive engagement through tailored incentive programs and ongoing feedback.
  • Oversee targeted promotional efforts designed to support SDR outreach.
  • Explore and execute new lead generation opportunities to expand reach.
  • Use Salesforce daily to monitor progress, forecast outcomes, and guide team development.

What You Bring

  • At least one year of experience managing an SDR team, with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Proven success in coaching, performance tracking, and team development.
  • Strong track record of achieving goals through leadership and team motivation.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a data-driven mindset to guide team performance.
  • Experience with Salesloft or similar engagement platforms is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
