As the Manager for Franchise Operations in Jilin, you will play a key role in advancing the commercial performance of the Coca-Cola system through strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. Based in Changchun, this position focuses on identifying growth opportunities, refining channel strategies, and aligning with bottling partners to meet volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop business strategies by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and channel dynamics to drive sustainable growth.
- Create and monitor KPIs to track performance and ensure alignment with financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, RTM, RGM, and Finance—to design and execute integrated plans that respond to market needs.
- Translate shopper insights into actionable channel strategies that improve execution and expand market reach.
- Lead annual and strategic business planning cycles across the system, ensuring long-term growth objectives are embedded in operational plans.
- Identify internal and external risks and opportunities through market analysis, and recommend investments that strengthen system performance.
- Support the deployment of planning and execution tools such as PicOS, e-PicOS, and RED to enhance responsiveness and operational efficiency.
- Improve internal processes and execution quality by leveraging segmentation and calendar-driven planning aligned with competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years in the consumer packaged goods industry, with exposure to commercial planning, forecasting, or distributor management.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results without direct authority.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills in professional settings.
- Experience in business planning, revenue growth management, or channel execution is essential.
