About the Role

What You'll Do

Guide high-value enterprise clients through their technology journey by serving as their primary strategic contact. Lead Executive Business Reviews to align customer goals with product roadmaps and ensure ongoing value realization. Translate business needs into technical outcomes by working closely with internal teams including Customer Success and Marketing.

Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks. Drive net revenue retention by managing renewals and leading cross-sell initiatives. Maintain accurate forecasts for Net Annual Recurring Revenue and renewal performance using CRM and forecasting platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years in enterprise SaaS account management or customer growth roles
  • Proven success managing a portfolio with over $10M in annual recurring revenue
  • Experience overseeing both direct and partner-driven enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency in value-based selling frameworks such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives and influence strategic decisions
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Clari for forecasting and pipeline management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • History of exceeding quotas in renewal and expansion metrics
  • Demonstrated career progression within enterprise SaaS environments
  • Track record of orchestrating long-term customer growth and notable deal wins

Work Environment

This role operates under a Remote First policy, allowing you to work from any location within the United States. Occasional travel to Denver or Boulder may be optional for team engagements.
