What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end project execution for curriculum content spanning digital and print formats, aligning with organizational goals across multiple subject areas. Define project parameters by collaborating with internal teams to establish clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Smartsheet, incorporating task dependencies, milestones, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks early and implementing strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Facilitate regular status meetings, serving as the central point of coordination between departments and external partners. Manage changes to project scope or schedule, adjusting plans based on resource availability and business priorities.
Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders according to established protocols, keeping leadership informed of key developments. Track and report performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and support continuous improvement.
Support team readiness through pre-launch training sessions and post-project reviews. Maintain project management systems including 10,000 ft. and Smartsheet, ensuring accurate data and workflow configurations. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by supporting documentation and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years managing concurrent projects with proven success in delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers in warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Solid grasp of fulfillment, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes
- Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional decisions, and negotiate adjustments to meet project objectives
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and strong familiarity with SDLC frameworks
- Skilled in using Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and resource planning tools like 10,000 ft.
- Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, anticipate obstacles, and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
- Strong written and verbal communication, with emphasis on clarity, diplomacy, and collaboration
- High level of personal accountability and commitment to delivering quality results under tight deadlines
