What You'll Do
Lead the development and deployment of standardized approaches to programme delivery, ensuring alignment across global teams. You'll shape and maintain the Project Delivery Playbook, creating reusable templates and documentation to support consistent execution worldwide.
Manage the lifecycle of programme records, including reporting, archiving, and status updates for monthly and quarterly reviews. You'll ensure transparency by tracking milestones, risks, and performance metrics across portfolios.
Champion the adoption of tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint, guiding teams through implementation and resolving access or data challenges. You'll organize training sessions, onboarding support, and change management activities to strengthen tool usage and compliance.
Facilitate focus groups and conduct Lessons Learned exercises to gather insights from project teams. Use this feedback to refine workplace design guidelines and update global processes, ensuring they reflect real-world experience and evolving needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Smartsheet, particularly in managing workflows, automations, and reporting structures
- Skill in coordinating documentation, maintaining central repositories, and ensuring data integrity across systems
- Ability to work across functions and time zones, supporting diverse teams with clear communication and organization
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and driving adoption of best practices
- Familiarity with SharePoint for content management and collaboration
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining playbooks, templates, and compliance frameworks
