Delinea is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director (Bengaluru based)

About the Role

What You'll Do

Drive net new revenue by identifying and securing high-value opportunities within enterprise organizations across India. Based in Bengaluru, you will develop and execute territory and account strategies to expand market presence, focusing on long-term growth in the cybersecurity sector. You'll manage a full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with internal technical resources and external partners.

Collaborate closely with technical sales experts to deliver compelling, tailored presentations that clearly communicate product value to both executive and technical stakeholders. Leverage executive networks to gain access to key decision-makers and influence complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Maintain a precise forecast and a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline using Salesforce and Clari, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on organizations generating over $500M in revenue
  • Proven success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage territory and account plans
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Established relationships with business and technical decision-makers in enterprise environments
  • Track record of closing six-figure and larger deals
  • Skilled in delivering executive and technical-level presentations
  • Experience managing quarterly business reviews with clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Clari for pipeline and forecasting management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams while maintaining a competitive drive
