Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing technical client relationships and ensuring successful adoption of advanced networking solutions. As a key point of contact, the Technical Account Manager supports both customers and internal teams in delivering high-quality technical services and driving commercial outcomes across the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain technical relationships with enterprise clients
- Support sales growth by aligning technical capabilities with customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across client organizations and internal departments
- Ensure successful deployment and ongoing value realization of networking solutions
- Deliver consistent account management in a fully remote environment
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account and technical sales management
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Background in data center, networking, or related technologies such as SDN, NFV, routing, switching, or cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience selling in areas including network automation, edge computing, or hyper-converged systems
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently
Preferred Background
- Technical knowledge of data center, campus, or wireless networking
- Familiarity with networking vendors including Arista, Cisco, Juniper, or Extreme
- Previous role in technical account management or pre-sales engineering
- Strong understanding of modern networking architectures and virtualization
