Lead HR strategy and operations for India from the Chennai office, where in-person attendance is required. This senior role shapes how global human resources objectives are implemented locally, ensuring policies support both business goals and compliance with Indian labor regulations.
Strategic Leadership
Translate corporate HR vision into actionable plans tailored for India’s workforce. Partner with global and regional leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities, cultural values, and operational needs. Guide workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and organizational design to support scalable growth across key functions including Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Care, and Corporate Services.
Talent Management & Development
- Design and lead end-to-end recruitment strategies, including campus hiring and vendor management, to meet current and future staffing demands.
- Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility to strengthen retention and career progression.
- Identify skill gaps and implement learning programs that build capability and support high performance.
- Mentor HR team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
Compliance & Operations
Ensure full adherence to statutory requirements, maintaining accurate employee records, payroll coordination, and documentation for remote and hybrid work arrangements. Own HR process standards, driving improvements in turnaround time, quality, and compliance. Serve as the final point of escalation for employee relations and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Employee Experience
Champion a culture rooted in inclusion, integrity, and accountability. Lead engagement initiatives such as surveys and feedback analysis, working with department heads to implement meaningful actions. Promote a value-driven environment that supports innovation, collaboration, and long-term organizational success.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams. Prior experience in Healthcare RCM or BPO settings is essential, along with deep knowledge of Indian employment law. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai. A master’s degree or HR certification is preferred, as is experience in global matrix organizations and digital HR transformation.
