Welocalize is looking for a Senior Localization Project Manager to join our Production department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex localization projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end project management of complex, high-volume localization projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the production workflow.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff.
What We're Looking For
- Significant, proven experience in localization project management, preferably at a senior level.
- Expertise in managing localization budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.
- Strong understanding of localization industry standards, tools, and processes.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing projects for major technology or enterprise software clients.
- Proficiency with common localization management platforms and CAT tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Argentina, Mexico, or Peru.
