Responsibilities
- Lead developer relations initiatives in the assigned region, balancing global strategy with local market requirements.
- Supervise and develop Developer Evangelists focused on Community and Integrations, promoting technical expertise and developer-centric thinking.
- Drive the creation of standout integration examples that serve as models for partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management to gather developer insights, reduce friction in adoption, and enhance user satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted voice for regional game developers, maintaining active engagement in digital and in-person communities.
- Represent the company at key regional and international industry events with high-impact talks and workshops.
- Plan and facilitate developer-focused events such as meetups, hackathons, and launch campaigns tied to major tech releases.
- Oversee the development of localized, high-quality technical resources including documentation, tutorials, demos, and videos.
- Ensure educational content supports both tailored integrations and self-serve use cases to broaden accessibility.
- Work with Developer Marketing to distribute content and measure performance across platforms.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the VP of Developer Relations, refining strategies based on data insights.
