Responsibilities
- Guide executive-level strategy and long-term planning throughout all phases of aviation programs, ensuring consistency with airport operator goals, airline and traveler expectations, regulatory standards, and internal mandates.
- Develop and maintain strong governance structures to support informed decision-making, risk assurance, and executive accountability in high-safety aviation settings.
- Lead and align senior delivery managers responsible for technical execution, commercial performance, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and systems integration across the program.
- Oversee the launch and setup of programs, including defining delivery approaches, planning project stages, and deploying necessary management systems, controls, and digital tools.
- Ensure compliance across the program with aviation safety, security, quality, environmental, and technical benchmarks, including adherence to national and international regulatory frameworks.
- Manage critical relationships with airport governing bodies, airlines, regulatory agencies, operators, contractors, vendors, and internal executives, serving as the primary program liaison.
- Oversee comprehensive risk management, change control, interface coordination, interdependencies, and operational disruptions, especially in active airport operations.
- Provide high-level commercial oversight, including contract frameworks, supplier and partnership management, financial controls, performance tracking, and cost management.
- Promote innovation in digital aviation infrastructure, intelligent construction methods, and sustainable practices to improve delivery speed, system resilience, and asset lifecycle performance.
- Lead, mentor, and grow program leadership and delivery teams, fostering performance excellence, skills development, succession pipelines, and knowledge sharing.
- Support business development through technical contributions to proposals, client engagements, and strategic account growth using aviation program expertise.
- Represent the organization in industry groups, client advisory panels, and professional associations to advance aviation program management standards and visibility.
