Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Ten years of relevant professional experience
- Ten years of subject matter expertise in related fields
- Eight years of experience managing or supervising teams
- Active Registered Pharmacist license in any U.S. state
- Effective verbal and written communication across diverse business environments
- Strong negotiation, influence, teamwork, and active listening abilities
- Proven skill in delivering impactful presentations to influence stakeholders
- Capacity to apply logical or scientific reasoning to varied intellectual and real-world challenges
- Proficiency in using fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical contexts
- Ability to deliver presentations and respond to inquiries from executive teams, clients, customers, and public groups
Nice to Have
- Supervisory experience may be waived if candidate has 10 years of experience with the company, completed an approved external leadership program, and participated in a 12-month mentorship with a Director-level or higher leader

- The role includes up to 20% domestic and international travel. A valid passport and ability to travel outside the United States are mandatory.
