As an Implementation Manager, you will guide enterprise customers through the entire onboarding lifecycle, from initial setup to post-launch success. Your role is central to ensuring smooth software adoption, configuring solutions to meet specific operational needs, and delivering targeted training to diverse user groups—both remotely and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and effective deployments
- Assess customer requirements and translate them into tailored system configurations and optimized workflows
- Plan and execute data migration activities, including evaluating legacy systems, identifying critical data sets, and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Deliver engaging, role-specific training sessions to technical and non-technical users to drive adoption and proficiency
- Build trusted relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact during onboarding and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and growth teams to ensure promised features and integrations are delivered as committed
- Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with product teams to influence roadmap decisions
- Travel periodically—35% to 40% of the time—within Canada and the U.S. for on-site kick-offs, training, and launch support
What We’re Looking For
You have at least five years of experience managing large-scale SaaS implementations, ideally in enterprise asset management, telematics, or similar domains. You’ve independently led complex data migrations and are comfortable scoping, planning, and executing them with precision. You’re skilled at communicating across technical levels and organizational roles, and you thrive in fast-moving environments where adaptability and initiative are essential.
Experience in transit or mobility is a plus, as is background in startups or scale-ups where agility and ownership are part of the culture. You must be located within 90 minutes of a major airport to support travel requirements.
