Hologram is hiring a Senior Inside Systems Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our sales process for Commercial and Enterprise clients. You will be instrumental in helping customers understand, evaluate, and adopt our data protection solutions through technical consultation and cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging customer presentations and product demonstrations in live and virtual settings.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into specific technical requirements.
• Conduct remote configuration reviews and provide independent technical consultation on data protection.
• Maintain close coordination with internal teams, including Support and Licensing.
• Collaborate with Product Management, offering valuable customer feedback.
• Manage accounts at a technical level to support upsell and cross-selling initiatives.
• Play a key role in delivering technical sales support and participate in sales cycles for successful outcomes.
• Thrive in a fast-paced territory, adapt to changing demands, and organize work efficiently using tools like Salesforce.com.
• Work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Provide necessary technical expertise and product support for our channel partners.

• Proficiency in key technologies, including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AHV, RHV, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with Linux and containerization.
