What You'll Do
Design and manage cloud infrastructure solutions for clients using a combination of virtual machines and serverless platforms. Develop and refine PowerShell scripts to automate routine system administration tasks, improving accuracy and reducing manual effort. Integrate automation into existing workflows, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation across environments.
Optimize script performance to improve execution speed and reduce resource usage. Implement monitoring solutions that proactively identify system issues and maintain stability. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability and compliance with security standards. Use Git for version control, enabling clear tracking of changes and team collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. Share knowledge and support colleagues in adopting PowerShell practices. Contribute to larger projects by providing scripting expertise during planning and implementation phases. Stay informed about emerging trends in cloud technologies and automation to continuously improve workflows.
Requirements
- Proficient English communication skills at B2 level or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Azure-focused DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform roles
- Demonstrated experience automating infrastructure and managing cloud environments
- At least 2 years working with PowerShell or Python to build and maintain complex automation scripts
- Familiarity with cloud security principles, operational best practices, and infrastructure monitoring
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop effective, customized solutions
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
- Self-driven mindset with accountability for both individual tasks and team outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Background in managing Microsoft 365 environments
- Exposure to AWS services and architecture
- Experience with Logic Apps or similar workflow automation tools
- Active Azure or Microsoft-related technical certifications
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience creating clear, usable technical documentation
- Prior work at a Managed Services Provider
- Proficiency with REST APIs and integrating systems
- Proactive attitude with strong learning motivation and career growth potential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively in team settings
