Shape the Future of Inside Sales in Automotive
As the Senior Inside Sales Manager, you will establish and lead a new inside sales function dedicated to the automotive industry. Operating remotely, you'll build a results-driven team from the start—hiring, training, and developing Account Executives who consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage territory structures, account segmentation, and team capacity to maximize coverage and efficiency
- Set clear performance benchmarks, career development paths, and succession strategies for your team
- Drive accountability by owning new business ACV goals and ensuring accurate forecasting through regular pipeline reviews
- Coach team members through deal strategy, call evaluations, and live demonstrations to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Enforce disciplined qualification practices and standardize sales stages and CRM data integrity
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to refine KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Work with Marketing to enhance lead quality and measure campaign effectiveness
- Ensure smooth transitions between sales and customer success teams, aligning on customer needs
- Provide actionable feedback to Product teams based on market trends and customer insights
- Continuously analyze performance metrics to reduce ramp time and boost productivity
- Develop scalable onboarding programs and assess new tools and automation to increase team efficiency
Leadership & Strategy
You will report directly to the VP of Sales, Automotive, and play a pivotal role in defining the operational backbone of a growing sales organization. Your ability to balance hands-on coaching with strategic planning will directly influence team performance, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
