Everself is hiring a Sales Manager, Patient Acquisition

About the Role

Lead and grow a consultative sales team responsible for guiding patients through life-changing health decisions. You’ll manage, coach, and develop sales representatives who support individuals exploring endoscopic weight loss options, ensuring every interaction is grounded in empathy, clarity, and patient-centered values.

Optimize the sales journey

Take ownership of the full patient acquisition funnel—from initial inquiry to procedure scheduling. Analyze conversion metrics, identify friction points, and implement data-informed improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales process.

Build a culture of accountability and growth

Set clear performance expectations, define KPIs, and deliver structured coaching to help your team excel. Foster a high-performance environment where continuous feedback, skill development, and patient trust are prioritized.

Collaborate to enhance patient experience

Work closely with marketing, clinical care, and product teams to align messaging, refine workflows, and improve lead management. Partner on initiatives that strengthen the patient journey and support scalable growth.

Shape a growing sales function

In a pivotal role within a mission-driven organization, you’ll help define the structure, tools, and culture of the sales team. Your work will directly influence how patients access innovative, non-surgical care.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years in inside or consultative sales, with 2-4+ years leading sales teams
  • Proven success managing conversion metrics, sales pipelines, and performance KPIs
  • Experience coaching teams in high-consideration, trust-based sales environments
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM systems and sales dashboards
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving startup settings
  • Leadership experience in healthcare, telehealth, or complex consumer services is a plus

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model with three days per week on-site in Phoenix and two days remote. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Offerings include a competitive base salary ($120,000–$150,000), equity stake, and commission structure.
