Responsibilities
- Supports project or program leadership in executing safety, health, and environmental initiatives.
- Conducts audits of project activities and field locations to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Examines work areas to identify potential hazards and advises staff on methods to mitigate associated risks.
- Prepares and submits documented findings from audits and site inspections.
- Reviews project planning and execution to confirm compliance with the organization’s ESHARP management system.
- Executes procedures for reporting and managing workplace injuries and incidents.
- Analyzes patterns in audit results, inspection outcomes, and incident data; produces periodic analytical reports.
- Aids project leaders in onboarding new personnel through orientation sessions.
- Delivers training on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to safety, health, and environment.
- Maintains accurate records of safety training activities and employee participation.
- Engages in regular safety discussions and job hazard briefings with project teams.
