Parsons Transportation Group seeks a Senior HSE Inspector (Saudi National) to join our team. You will assist the Project or Program Manager in ensuring all site-specific SH&E plans and operations align with Parsons' risk management practices and comply with all regulatory and client requirements, working under the direction of an SH&E Manager or Director.
What You'll Do
- Assist the project or program manager with administering SH&E programs.
- Audit the project or program and its worksites against corporate safety standards.
- Inspect worksites to detect hazards and provide expertise to project personnel to eliminate or control SH&E risks.
- Create and submit written audit and inspection reports.
- Monitor project work planning and performance to verify conformance to Parsons’ ESHARP management system.
- Implement Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; create and submit regular analysis reports.
- Assist the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
- Perform regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
- Create and maintain SH&E training records.
- Participate in routine safe work briefings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
