LearnWorlds is looking for a Senior Growth & ABM Marketing Manager to own growth experimentation and account-based marketing for our B2B segment. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of rapid testing, pipeline acceleration, and strategic targeting in our high-growth SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, launch, and run rapid growth experiments across multiple channels, including paid, content, email, product-led, and partnerships.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through market research, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Use data and analytics to prioritize, test, and scale the most impactful experiments.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms for experiment performance.
  • Transform successful experiments into repeatable, scalable playbooks for growth.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Build and own LearnWorlds’ ABM strategy for the B2B tribe to target and engage high-value accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, define account strategies, and orchestrate personalized multi-channel campaigns.
  • Align messaging and tactics across channels such as email, ads, content, events, and direct mail to influence buying committees.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track ABM campaign performance and account progression through the funnel.
  • Develop, execute, and refine integrated multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Execute campaigns end-to-end, including copywriting, content creation, and asset development.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads across the buyer journey.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the business tribe, demand gen, and sales, ensuring initiatives are integrated and aligned.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, PMM, and external vendors to craft compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal teams, ensuring campaigns support broader business initiatives.
  • Build and optimize workflows and processes that enhance coordination across marketing and sales.
  • Proactively solve problems and refine processes to support rapid scaling.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative approaches that set LearnWorlds apart.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with proven experience in growth experimentation and account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and how to influence pipeline creation.
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta and Sales Navigator.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate quickly.
  • Exceptional project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative problem-solver with enthusiasm for trying new approaches and challenging the status quo.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders across functions.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in product-led growth or SaaS experimentation frameworks.
  • Background in EdTech or e-learning.
  • Advanced Excel, Looker Studio, or similar skills to support performance tracking.
