What You'll Do
Develop and manage annual marketing strategies and quarterly plans tailored to math curriculum products, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals. Lead the planning and rollout of new product launches and feature enhancements, guiding positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value to educators and decision-makers.
Map the buyer journey to shape compelling narratives supported by case studies, testimonials, and proposals. Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align messaging, create effective sales tools, and deliver training that strengthens customer engagement. Represent the brand at national and regional education events, contributing to a strong market presence.
Analyze data from CRM and analytics platforms to assess campaign performance and consumer behavior, using insights to refine marketing initiatives. Work with digital marketing specialists to produce content for organic and paid social channels, and support market research efforts to track curriculum trends and adoption cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in strategic product marketing, including 3 years leading teams
- At least 5 years focused on K–12 math curriculum marketing
- Proven success launching education products and navigating state and district adoption processes
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Solid ability to interpret data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of translating complex concepts clearly
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree required
