Shape the future of a growing B2B growth engine
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to design and scale inbound strategies that directly impact revenue. You’ll own the entire growth lifecycle—from creating targeted funnels to optimizing conversion paths—driving measurable results in a dynamic startup setting.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and expand inbound marketing systems that consistently generate qualified pipeline and contribute to $500K+ in annual recurring revenue
- Lead growth strategy across paid media, SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
- Run and refine paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, managing budgets and maximizing ROI
- Design high-converting landing pages and marketing assets using Figma, iterating quickly based on performance data
- Create persuasive content tailored to martech buyers, including blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns
- Analyze funnel metrics to uncover friction points and run experiments that improve performance
- Position the product effectively within the competitive martech landscape
- Collaborate across functions to launch initiatives without waiting for direction—driving progress independently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success building inbound funnels that generated at least $500K in ARR for B2B tech products
- Solid grasp of martech buyer journeys and effective growth channels
- Technical fluency in HTML and JavaScript, with strong Figma skills for rapid prototyping
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad platforms and optimizing spend
- Ability to write clear, compelling content for technical audiences
- A self-starter mindset—you build momentum, not wait for it
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for global communication
- Comfort thriving in ambiguity and creating structure from scratch
