What You'll Do
Shape the French digital experience for a global audience across France and Canada by refining website functionality and content. You'll focus on improving conversion paths, usability, and engagement through data-driven enhancements to our online platforms.
Develop and refine French-language content to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across customer touchpoints. Lead end-to-end initiatives—from concept through launch and optimization—ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Use behavioral insights, performance analytics, and A/B testing results to guide product improvements and growth strategies. Identify high-impact opportunities for new features and content that respond to user behavior and market trends.
Collaborate with research, design, development, and legal teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Implement changes using internal content management tools and contribute to translation and localization efforts for campaigns and SEO content.
Requirements
- Fluent in French with strong writing skills for digital marketing, SEO, and customer-facing content
- Familiarity with e-commerce behaviors and expectations of French-speaking users in France
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication with internal teams
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to identify and prioritize product enhancements that boost conversion and user satisfaction
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for desktop and mobile interfaces
- Experience with AI-powered tools to support content and workflow efficiency
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing and business strategy fundamentals
- Prior experience writing ad copy or email campaigns for digital channels
- Background in mobile-first web design
