Shape the future of Fabric Manager's configuration experience as a Senior Product Manager, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution in close partnership with a global R&D team. You'll be responsible for translating customer challenges into clear, actionable requirements and delivering intuitive, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the configuration interface, ensuring seamless alignment with user needs and company objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points to inform use cases, feature prioritization, and product enhancements.
- Write precise, well-structured requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams across time zones to ensure consistent interpretation and delivery.
- Evaluate market dynamics and competitive offerings to guide strategic decisions and maintain product differentiation.
- Communicate product direction clearly to internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment across functions.
- Oversee release planning from concept through delivery, coordinating with distributed teams in California and India.
- Act as a champion for the product’s value proposition, both internally and in external engagements.
Qualifications
Candidates must bring 15+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise-grade networking products and GUI/UI design. A proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle—from launch to end-of-life—is essential. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and Asana is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; an MBA is strongly preferred. A portfolio showcasing past product work is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is $208,000 to $260,000 for Santa Clara-based roles and $187,000 to $234,000 for remote U.S. positions. An annual bonus or commission opportunity is available, subject to plan terms.
