The Senior Growth Manager at Paradox will architect and pilot the company's revenue engine, transforming marketing from a founder-led approach into a scalable, brand-led, data-driven system. This role is central to driving measurable business outcomes through AI, behavioral science, and technology, while leading a cross-functional growth team.
What You'll Do
- Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine, transitioning Paradox from a founder-led marketing approach to a brand-led, repeatable, data-driven engine
- Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t
- Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence
- Map out funnels and oversee their implementation directly
- Set up tracking, check user flows, and ensure the machine works before managing budget scaling
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself (headlines, pricing, offers…)
- Dig into data to find winning variations without waiting for reports
- Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey
- Audit underperforming pages, propose fixes, and implement tests immediately with the team
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging
- Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time
- Overview Yann’s core Paid Social (Meta) work and identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume (ROI/ROAS)
- Act as the 'Client' of the Content Factory
- Analyze ad performance and provide data-backed briefs to the Content Strategist
- Identify winning angles quickly to scale them aggressively
- Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content)
- Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion
- Identify where growth is constrained and why
- Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by demonstrating excellence
- Serve as a sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution
- Source, manage, train, and terminate team members as necessary
- Set up tight feedback loops with the Sales Team Lead to adjust targeting based on lead quality
- Prioritize High-Intent leads over cheap volume
- Stop campaigns that bring tire-kickers, even if the CPL is low
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
- Fluency in French (Native / Bilingual)
- Fluent English, able to hold detailed conversations with English-speaking colleagues
- Hands-on execution skills in Webflow, copywriting, and design
- Ability to speak both data and persuasion fluently
- Daily use of AI tools to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed
- Proficiency in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, Optimizely, Clarity, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Optibase
- Experience diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps
- Understanding of cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks
- Ability to connect insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value
