What You'll Do
Take ownership of marketing efforts across the DACH region, managing end-to-end event planning for trade fairs, conferences, and industry gatherings. This includes branding, on-site coordination, lead collection, and follow-up campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion.
Design and roll out marketing campaigns tailored to the regional market, including surveys and in-depth reports such as cybersecurity or incident response studies. These materials will support customer outreach and strengthen external visibility.
Conduct local market research to uncover customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Use these insights to refine messaging and strategy.
Run digital advertising initiatives on LinkedIn and Google Ads, aligned with headquarters, to drive qualified leads in the DACH region. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
Act as the steward of customer data quality—develop methods to enhance data accuracy, define KPIs, and generate regular reports to support sales and marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Citizenship in a NATO member state or Austria
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Proven background in marketing, particularly in inbound strategies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services sectors
- Exceptional written and spoken German (C1 or higher), with strong English proficiency
- Skilled in managing multiple projects independently in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive
- Proficiency with email marketing tools and digital ad platforms
- A strong commitment to data accuracy and process improvement
