Eyefinity is hiring a Senior Global Business Development Manager to own strategy and growth for key accounts within the Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan territory. In this senior role, you will act as a strategic consultant, performing business diagnostics and developing customized solutions to drive revenue and ensure long-term account sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Perform business diagnostics and develop business strategy for key accounts with minimal direction.
- Identify areas of growth within the assigned territory for network providers and connect them with enterprise solutions.
- Act as liaison between cross-line of business sales teams to support growth goals.
- Through strategic consultation, formulate and implement customized business solutions for customer practices.
- Connect business plan objectives with programs, initiatives, and offerings.
- Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with customers and cross line of business partners.
- Introduce new technology into the account base in support of business strategy and retail focus.
- Identify areas of opportunity for both the account and lines of business.
- Monitor customer performance to ensure appropriate growth results.
- Develop and implement actionable sales plans focused on increasing revenue while ensuring account sustainability.
- Promote and sell products and services to ensure attainment of sales goals.
- Present data insights and benchmarking, including Premier performance analytics, to provide customers with tools aimed at improving practice results.
- Maintain current working knowledge of new and existing products/services to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Educate and assist customers with business decisions and practice management strategies.
- Maintain and demonstrate a firm understanding of all business practices within an account.
- Actively seek and maintain competitive industry knowledge.
- Present clear and consistent marketing messages to the account.
- Share up-to-date marketing knowledge to build practice revenue.
- Manage various priorities to achieve results.
- Operate as an objective liaison between the company and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Eight years of direct outside sales, account management, business development, or client relationship experience.
- Advanced written and verbal communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and leadership in dealing with situations involving controversy and conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs with corporate objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
- Proven ability to navigate complex situations through the organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to drive results through informal authority, serve as a consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated track record in meeting goals with major account responsibility.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic skills to support envisioning work, planning, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel at least 80% of the time.
- Clean DMV record.
- Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties.
- Must reside within territory: Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan.

Work Mode
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within the Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan territory.
