Greenburg Traurig is hiring a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to support and enhance our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) operations. You will own the product strategy for our FOIA disclosure platforms and processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for FOIA disclosure systems and workflows.
- Define and prioritize features based on operational needs, compliance requirements, and user feedback.
- Collaborate with legal teams, operations staff, and technical partners to translate requirements into actionable product plans.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through launch and iteration.
- Analyze process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement through technology and workflow optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically within legal, government, or compliance operations.
- Deep subject matter expertise in FOIA processes, regulations, and disclosure requirements.
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position requiring regular presence in our offices located in Washington, DC or Arlington, VA.
