As a Product Manager - Compliance, you will play a central role in ensuring the platform meets evolving regulatory standards across international iGaming jurisdictions. You'll bridge legal frameworks and product development, turning complex compliance mandates into clear, actionable roadmaps that support both business growth and regulatory integrity.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog for compliance-critical features and core platform enhancements
- Interpret regulatory guidelines from jurisdictions such as the Netherlands, Ontario, and Sweden, translating them into technical and functional specifications
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement regulation-driven changes across B2B and B2C environments
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to assess, document, and prioritise regulatory updates
- Support new market entry projects from discovery through launch, ensuring full compliance alignment
- Monitor ongoing regulatory changes in active markets and adapt product workflows accordingly
- Communicate compliance-related product updates clearly to internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in regulated iGaming sectors
- Hands-on experience with either B2B platform solutions or B2C operator environments
- Strong grasp of technical systems and software development lifecycles
- Exceptional skills in documentation, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team communication
- Familiarity with key regulated markets including the Netherlands, Ontario, Sweden, or comparable regions
