What You'll Do
Work directly with enterprise clients to analyze and map their core business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas where AI-driven automation can drive meaningful change. You'll translate real-world workflows into intelligent, multi-agent architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing data systems, applications, and human decision points.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to shape scalable, user-centered AI solutions. Guide projects from initial concept through deployment, using customer feedback, performance data, and business goals to inform every iteration. Champion the value of agentic AI both within the organization and to external stakeholders, ensuring clients achieve clear, measurable returns on their investment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, with a track record of delivering outcomes from the ground up
- Minimum of four years in roles such as product management, consulting, client engagement, or founding ventures—where influencing senior stakeholders is critical
- Proven skill in moving beyond stated needs to uncover and solve underlying business challenges
- Comfort engaging in technical discussions around APIs, system architecture, and agent-based design
- Strong systems thinking: the ability to design holistic solutions while anticipating downstream impacts and edge cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting user research and modeling complex workflows with a data-first approach
- Familiarity with generative and agentic AI technologies; direct experience building agent systems is a significant advantage
- Ability to rapidly prototype concepts, including using lightweight coding to demonstrate functionality
- Background in agile environments using tools like JIRA or Asana
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
