What You’ll Do
- Convert intricate immigration processes—including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, and international transfers—into clear, user-friendly product flows.
- Design and deploy AI-driven automation for document analysis, eligibility forecasting, timeline prediction, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Investigate user behavior and operational challenges to uncover opportunities for product enhancement and expansion.
- Develop and prioritize solutions that balance regulatory rigor with intuitive design and fast execution.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from concept through release and iteration—ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and growth specialists to bring scalable, high-impact features to market.
- Guide long-term vision by identifying systemic gaps and shaping roadmaps that accelerate global mobility.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments or startups.
- Proven track record developing products governed by strict regulatory or compliance frameworks, such as HR technology, fintech, or mobility platforms.
- Strong data fluency, with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and using metrics to guide product decisions.
- Deep understanding of UX and UI principles, with a focus on creating frictionless user journeys.
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to lead strategic initiatives independently.
- Product-led growth orientation, with a focus on scalable impact across markets.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with B2B product development, SEO strategy, and conversion optimization is a bonus.
